The LASVENIS Charter
1. The Acquisition Protocol
By commissioning a piece from LASVENIS, you enter into a formal acquisition agreement. All orders are subject to availability and the successful validation of payment authentication.
2. Intellectual Ownership
The designs, silhouettes, and trademarks associated with LASVENIS remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Maison. Unauthorized replication or imitation is strictly prohibited.
3. Artisan Timelines
As many of our pieces are handcrafted upon request, delivery timelines are estimates. We prioritize excellence over speed, ensuring your piece arrives only when it meets our absolute standards.
4. Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the Johannesburg High Court.
